SIP softphone for iPhone — voice, video and several lines, on your own phone system.
You need a SIP account from your PBX or VoIP provider. In the app open Settings → Add Account and enter:
5060Tap Add & Connect. A green dot and “Connected” mean you’re ready to call. Add more accounts the same way; the keypad lets you choose which one to call from.
Check the server, extension and password with your provider. “Failed to authenticate” almost always means a wrong password or extension.
Allow notifications for UpaSip Phone, and make sure your phone system is set up to trigger the push gateway for your extension. The Push Gateway section in Settings shows whether your device is synced.
This is usually a network/NAT setting on the phone system: it must allow RTP audio ports and advertise its public address. Allow microphone access for the app in iOS Settings.
Both sides need video enabled and a common video codec (H.264 or VP8). Allow camera access for the app in iOS Settings.
